Last updated: August 2026
1. About this website
This website is operated by Dream NEET Academy ("DNA"), Ring Road, Arqum Town, Above Rays Supermarket, Sadashivnagar, Tumkur, Karnataka 572105. By using this website you agree to these terms.
2. Information on this website
We try to keep everything on this website accurate and current, including programme details, timings and facilities. Programme structure, batch timings and facilities may change, and the details that apply to your child are those confirmed to you in writing at the time of admission.
Nothing on this website is a guarantee of any examination result, rank, score or admission outcome. We describe our teaching method, facilities and the effort we put in; academic results depend on many factors including the student's own work.
3. Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry form does not reserve a seat and does not create any admission. It is a request for us to contact you. Admission is confirmed only after the process described on the Admissions page is completed and fees are paid as agreed.
4. Fees
Fees are shared on request and depend on the programme, the batch and the stay option chosen (day scholar, day boarding or hostel). Before any admission is confirmed we will give you, in writing:
- The total fee and what it includes
- Any amounts not included, such as materials, examinations or hostel charges
- The payment schedule
- The refund terms that apply
We will not ask you to pay anything before you have received this in writing.
5. Refund policy
This policy follows the Guidelines for Regulation of Coaching Center issued by the Ministry of Education, Government of India (No. 5-35/2023-PN-II, dated 16 January 2024). Where anything below is less favourable to you than those Guidelines require, the Guidelines apply.
5.1 If you withdraw part-way through the course
If the fee has been paid for a course and the student leaves in the middle of the period for which they were enrolled, the fee for the remaining period is refunded on a pro-rata basis within 10 days of the written withdrawal request.
Pro-rata means proportionate to the time not used. As an illustration only: if a student enrolled for a ten-month programme withdraws at the end of the fourth month, six months of the programme remain, and six months' worth of the fee is refunded.
5.2 Hostel and mess fees
If the student was staying in DNA's hostel, the hostel fee and mess fee are also refunded on the same pro-rata basis, within the same 10 days. The same applies to day-boarding meal charges. A refundable security deposit, if one was taken, is returned in full after deduction of any actual damage, which will be itemised for you in writing.
5.3 Fees will not be increased mid-course
The fee on which an admission is made for a particular course and duration will not be increased during that course, for any reason. If our fees change, the change applies to new admissions only.
5.4 How to request a refund
- Give us the withdrawal in writing — a letter, an email, or a WhatsApp message to +91 81230 80202 is sufficient. Please state the student's name, programme, and the date of leaving.
- We will acknowledge it and confirm the calculated amount to you in writing, showing how it was worked out.
- The amount is paid to the bank account of the parent or guardian who paid the fee, within 10 days of the written request.
You do not need to give a reason for withdrawing, and being asked to explain yourself is not a condition of your refund.
5.5 Receipts
A receipt is issued for every payment made to DNA, without you having to ask. Please keep them; they are what a refund is calculated from.
Whatever is published here will be applied as written.
6. Student conduct and discipline
DNA runs a disciplined campus, and continued enrolment depends on students following the code of conduct explained at the time of admission, particularly for hostel and day-boarding students. The applicable rules will be given to you in writing.
7. Photographs and testimonials
We do not publish a student's name, photograph, result or testimonial without written consent obtained from the student and their parent or guardian after the result is declared. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.
